Stress comes from a situation that happens to you, or happens around you, and you hold on to it.

Some people try to block their mind, block the event, leave it in the past… They may feel better for a short time, but sooner or later it takes its place again, sometimes even stronger than before.

Pretending nothing happened, trying to live like that, or blocking your mind is not the solution.

 

You see,

behind stress there is an energy that stays attached to you.

And that energy, with your constant thoughts day after day, keeps growing bigger and stronger.

You have to take that power away from it.

 

With the meditation I have prepared, we are going to lower the intensity of that stress energy and remove it, allowing your inner system to rest.

This is how we help your body heal so your energy can return to you.

I spent quite a long time living with stress, and thanks to this healing meditation, I was able to reconnect with my inner power, take back control of my life, move with more freedom and without mental torment, stay focused on what I truly want, and enjoy myself again without judgment.

These things feel like a luxury when you do not have them, but when you recover them, you feel such great happiness… wow, that you realize how essential they truly are for you.

 

Things like:

Sleeping deeply. Being present with people without getting distracted. Speaking clearly, saying what you feel, what you want, and what you do not want. Enjoying simple things like walking, eating, listening, and laughing. Making decisions without doubting yourself.

Being at peace, without anxiety. No longer living under that pressure. Having nothing weighing on your mind. Thinking and doing what you truly want.
