A new month begins,
new goals and objectives to accomplish,
in summer, a season I love,
many people start their vacations,
sun, beach, river, adventures, mountains, meditation,
and time to be with you or share with others.
I remind you that we came to enjoy ourselves on this planet earth.
Enjoy, live, smile, be grateful.
As summer is a time of reflection and rest for many.
It is also to put in order all that is pending within you.
So that after the vacations you can go back to work radiant and with new energy.
However, you have plenty of time for one or more sessions this month and next.
Put in order your emotions that are inside you,
heal all that is troubling you,
don’t postpone it any longer and work on it deeply,
so that at the end of the year you will be the new you in total renewal.
Only by daring to make the decision to transform yourself into your best version.
